That includes Alexandria, Osakis, Sauk Centre, Melrose, Albany, Cold Spring, Paynesville, St. Cloud, Little Falls, Staples, Grey Eagle, Glenwood, Morris, Baxter and Brainerd, plus the smaller communities and rural addresses in between.

How fast can we get there?
We respond to quote requests within one business day, and site visits are usually scheduled within the same week. Installation timing depends on the season — fall is our busiest stretch as homeowners get ahead of winter — but most residential projects are scheduled within a few weeks.
Builders working against a framing schedule should call as early as possible. We hold openings specifically for construction schedules and can usually work a job in when a build is moving.
What to ask any local contractor
Insulation is easy to quote badly and hard to compare. Before you sign anything, ask for the foam type, the installed thickness in inches, and the resulting R-value for each assembly — in writing. A quote that says only 'spray foam attic' tells you nothing and cannot be compared to another bid.
Also confirm insurance coverage, ask how they contain and ventilate the work area, and ask what cleanup includes. These are the differences between a job you forget about and a job you regret.
